I ordered an Apple iPad mini from Amazon. But inside the package I received a book instead of iPad mini. I have an unboxing video of the whole item and package, but still, Amazon is declining my request and ignoring my complaint, have made several complaints to Amazon since I received it, but they are not responding well over this. Please help me.
