Madam/Sir,
I made an order on Amazon of a redmi note 10 aqua green 64 gb phone from my credit card ending digits with 6009 on 30th August 2021 with EMI option, of amount Rs. 12,949.08/-.Order ID is 407-5078622-7748309. Amazon confirmed the order whose screenshot I have attached and then after confirmation they cancelled the order by mentioning that choose another option for payment. I contacted amazon customer care also for refund of my debited amount but still got no satisfactory response from them. I have my card statement also which states
clearly that the payment has been accepted by the amazon gateway even they scheduled the EMI also for the Order.
I am attaching all the email conversations that has been made by me to amazon.
I request consumer court to look into the matter and take appropriate action.
