Text of Complaint by Minati muduli:

I have ordered the Levi’s jeans from  amazon but got a non branded jeans i have complained again and again but they don’t respond after so many try they filled a investigation and told me to contact back on the given time , i contacted on the given date they told me they have delivered tge correct  product , i described all things again  they were repeating the same line as a autotune i got cried and frustrated,i begged them badly the the customer care team leader  made fun of me and repeat that we sent tge correct product  we sent the correct product,  we can’t  help you like a auto generated  tune.  I have no way i have to keep the 3rd class  product for amount  2600 rupees.
