I ordered sunflame gas stove from Amazon & agent called me and told me that I have to come for collection of product 01-02 km away from delivery address and also he is not having delivery product at his office in Hingoli and he came to my town called me without parcel threaten me if I won’t come to old bus stand he will cancel return my order & as my parents senior citizen & they were out of town so I sent a friend to agent he told him I didnt bring parcel as it uneasy to carry on bike he talked to his senior in office they agreed to deliver product before 9pm today I informed to customer service also Pooja assured me Parcel will deliver today by 9 pm
But after 9 also parcel not delivered and in app showing as cancelled
This is the arrogant/misbehave behaviour delivery agent of Amazon and also Amazon, Amazon used my money precious time during order period also during this I have to suffer from mental harassment from Amazon in festival season Amazon spoiled my gift also. If Amazon donot want me to deliver product at my door why they taken my order ?
