I had placed an order in Amazon app for an amount of INR442 for same day delivery between 6-8 PM. at 6:55 PM received an update in the app stating delivery completed where as nothing is delivered. I checked our apartment CCTV footage and there was no delivery made at that time. Nobody picks the number they provided, customer care said it will take 48 hours to investigate.
Raising a complaint for
1) False claim by vendor stating delivery made when it was actually not made at all.
2) defunt service
3) false claim by Amazon on same day delivery
4) provided contact number is not answered for about 30+ calls made
48 hours to investigate a customer complaint is too much

I am ordering groceries since 05th Nov 2022 and trying to pay bill amount through Amazon pay balance .. but every time Amazon fresh team a cancelling the orders stating that due to unavoidable reason orders get cancelled. I tried to reach to their grievance cell and customer care and the answer which I got is weird and fraud .. they said it is out of our reach to tell why it is happening we cannot help you.. and my amount is stuck in their wallet.. this is a fraud app and I appeal that Amazon ‘s licence should get cancel so that people should not bear this harrasment.
