Amazon Fresh let’s it’s customers suffer by under par delivery. They mark deliveries as delivered without delivering the products. They then say that you have to wait for 24 hours to cancel the order or get a refund processed as their system does not allow it. They assume the customer is lying because they think they have a foolproof system of delivery. These are Amazon Fresh products that are perishables. Not sure if the delivery boys are taking it to their home over night and then delivering it. The Amazon customer service is absolutely clueless and they don’t know how to contact their delivery person and confirm the delivery. My order detail.
