I ordered two products on 1st of April and got both delivered on 3rd of April,but because of issue with the products I returned the one of them on 4th of April after verification and confirmation and created replacement of the 2nd product and got it delivered on 5th of April and on the same day pick was done but I didn’t like the product so at last I returned the product on 6th of April after proper verification and confirmation of the delivery boy. when I didn’t received any refund for both the product for a long I called your customer care team they said wait you will be refunded in a short time and after that I didn’t received my refund so I called your team again they said no refund I again called them they said no refund and like this I called them around 5-6 times and every time I heard a new reason for which I will not be refunded so this directly means your company is doing fraud and doesn’t want to solve my issue so I filed a complain against your company and my advocate prepared a legal notice and send it to you and your team received it on 27th of April your team had to reply within 15days but your team didn’t reply to legal notice also. This means they not at all want to solve my problem and they even don’t have the fear of getting in the court of law since I have all the proof and evidence I have filed an FIR, petition in consumer court and even I have complained in the cyber crime under child harassment. I have all the proof and avidence which is enough to drag Amazon india to the court of law
