Namasthe, I’m Surya and i have ordered on amazon 18th Dec’22 for & paid Rs.9248.99 with my SBI credit.
Item details : Samsung Galaxy M04 Dark Blue, 4GB RAM, 128GB Storage.
At the time of order Reflected item price was Rs.10,499
Applied Rs.250 as a coupon discount & now reduced to Rs.10,249
Used my SBI credit card which was eligible for Rs.1,000 as instant discount & after instant discount i have paid Rs.9,248.99 as a final amount for this order.
In check out they have given Samsung EHS64 Earphones as a complimentary and ear phones got delivered on the next day of order only, But mobile not delivered till now & there is no communication/response from amazon india till now. While contacting Amazon customer care they are saying that cancel the order and confirming the refund amount will be Rs.8818.55. I’m directly getting loss of Rs.431.45 in payment & Rs.250 as a coupon amount. This is the completely frauded by amazon, please help me and take a necessary action on Amazon.in
