Text of Complaint by Neeraj:

I request your invention regarding an order i placed in Amazon.in with order id 403-4879431-7889951 I placed two order out of which one of the product turned out to be dead on arrival. I immediately contacted Amazon customer care executives and i was not able to create a return request in my order section. As per customer service executives, it is due a technical problem at their end so they asked me to wait so that they can arrange a pickup. I waited and they came up with the idea that i am required to ship it on my own despite the fact that Amazon.in return policy clearly states that Amazon.in shall arrange for the door to door pickup facility as per their policy. Now they are turning down the request of creating return request stating that it needs to be self shipped which is clearly against their policy. Screenshot attached. It is an international item that needs to be shipped to USA. Please dont let Amazon run away with my money.
