Team,
Amazon promised to deliver the product on 6th August 2023 and asked us to take the backup of the phone in exchange and keep ready to hand over the product to the delivery agent.
I received an email and processed the procedure and kept it ready and keep waiting at home to collect the new phone and hand over the old phone.

Since 6th August and till now (7th August 2023, 5:30 PM). Amazon keeps rescheduling the delivery time slot. I contacted around 7 people from Amazon customer support (5 chats and 2 calls). All of them promised the same (it will get delivered in a couple of hours).

For 2 days I am staying back at home (false commitment from Amazon) and waiting for the product to get delivered. These 2 days were wasted because of Amazon. It is a kind of harassment happening with me from yesterday.
