Hello Team,

Good Day.

This is regarding an issue that has not been addressed since, 24th August 2022.
We have tried every way possible to get this issue resolved.

The issue with the amazon order 304-4847491-4899548

To give an overview of the issue please see below:

1) On August 16th, 2022 I ordered the Apple Watch SE.
2) On August 18th, 2022 I received a package from amazon with the wrong product in the package (To be more precise, I was sent a NECK FAN instead of the Apple Watch SE).
3) As soon as I saw the package I called amazon and reported that I had received the wrong item in the package and I had requested a return of the package.
4) On 24th August 2022, UPS collected my return package.

After contacting the amazon support team several times, I got an email saying that I have returned a false product.
But, I never received the right product and returned the exact same package that was sent to me.

This is totally unfair and I want to appeal that I have been scammed and I am being accused falsely.

I want a complete refund.
