Hello Sir/Madam,
I order 4 Oral-b Vitality toothbrushes priced at Rs. 2928; but, I have only received one Rs.20 toothbrush.
When called at the customer care service, they opened an investigation. But, without informing us, they closed the case. I only got to know when I had to call them again (on 16th July) and wait for another 30 minutes. I first called on 11th July the very same when the product was delivered.
The weight of this product, as displayed on their site, is approx. 250gm for 1 brush; which means the order size should be approx. 1Kg.
But if you see the invoice attached to the box, you can see that the order was only 0.14Kg which is 140gm. (screenshot below). You may validate the order number on the box too, and also request your investigation team to do so.
Despite this glaring mistake clearly available, amazon’s investigation team closed the case as everything is delivered.
We have been repeatedly calling them to re-open the investigation, after a few calls they agreed to re-open the same. Its already 11 days that we haven’t received any update of refund from them.
I have more images to share, however I am unbale to upload here. I can share them if needed.
We have full trust in consumer court to help us in resolution for this issue.
