Amazon delivered Noise Pulse Go Buzz Advanced Bluetooth Calling Smart Watch with order id 403-2896841-3324320.Same day after delivered i requested to return it because the color mentioned on website is having different shade that I did not like and also i dont like built quality as well. After requesting to return they done investigation and shchedule my return pick up date and same I have returned it to there pickup agent in original state.He has checked the item and accepted it so I completed my handover process. Now 15 days has completed but I did not received any refund from amazon and now they are saying that we got wrong item and denying the refund willingly.I have handover original product to there pickup agent only then he accepted it after all checking formalities. Amazon simply dont want to refund my money therefore they are making false excuses which is totally illogical. I requested if you are not willing to return my money then atleast return my item which i was return to you but amazon is not returning it also and they are not sending me pic of my returned item. Amazon cheated with me by keeping my returned item with them and also not refunding my money.I request you to please refund my money or send my item back to me.
