Amazon delivered Noise Pulse Go Buzz Advanced Bluetooth Calling Smart Watch order id 403-2896841-3324320. Same day after delivered I requested to return it because the colour mentioned on pic is having different shades that i did not like and also i don’t like built quality as well.After requesting to return they do investigation and schedule my return pickup date and same I had returned to there pickup agent.He has checked the item and accept it so I handover it. Now 15 day’s has completed but i did not received any refund from Amazon and now they are saying that we have got wrong product and denying the refund. I have handover original product to there pickup agent only then he accepted after checking it but amazon is denying to refund. They simply don’t want to refund therefore they are making excuses.When I asked them to send the image of my returned product then they are not sending the same and now they are saying we have discarded your retuned.I request them if you not able to make me refund willingly then please return my return item back to me they are denying to do this also. Amazon has kept my returned item with them as well as not refunding my money.Kindly compensate me pls refund my money if not then returned my return item back to me.
