I ordered a fitbit from Amazon in July 2020. The product has a warranty of one year. It got damaged on March 20 and I raised a complaint with Fitbit. They mentioned that the product’s warranty was over in May 2020 i.e., even before I bought the product(I was sold a year old product). I contacted amazon and they said they raised a ticket then. After a month, they are saying that they can’t replace the damaged product even though it is still in warranty.
