Dear Sir,

Yesterday i have ordered for the Aquaguard Marvel RO which got delivered today afternoon. i got a call from the technician for installation of RO and during talk he informed that this ro is not compatible for Hard Water which is not mentioned by the Amazon on the website. later i applied for the replacement of the produce with upper version so that i can use the produce.the Amazon denied the same and told this is not our policy…how they can misguide there customer like this and even not providing service of replacement…i have spent Rs 11500 for this which is very much valuable for me…kindly help so that other also beware of such amazon behaviour.
