Text of Complaint by Vinitaa Naiidu:

Hello,

Please be informed that the product was ordered on the 25th of March evening and delivered on 26th of March late morning around 10 am.

As it was a weekend, I was not available at home and my elderly parent had received the parcel. When I got back home on 26th of March at around 11:30 am, I saw that the package was in open condition. When asked if they opened they said that was how it got delivered. When examined, it was noticed that the product was a used product packed in new open box (neither the Wonder chef box was intact). Had it been me on the receipt of the package, I would have immediately returned the product with the delivery agent.

So I immediately raised a return request and the representative picked the product on the 27th March.

When I got no response from the return team, I happen to call the customer support on the status on the weekend, 1st April. And they as always said I will receive a refund once you receive the defective product. Until 07th April I had not got any call nor text, thus I tried connecting with the CC team again today to understand the issue and tis email. And I got to speak to the escalation team to understand that I have sent them back a wrong product and thus no refund could be initiated. They were not ready to provide validation from the vendor who sent me the product nor were they interested to respond why the product was not packed in amazon cover. They would rudely disconnecting the call stating no refund or replacement would be issued.

I completely negate that the product was wrongly sent by me and deem that the Amazon packaging these days are really pathetic and the issue is from the vendor and not me.

I would appreciate a fare resolution on this post hearing out all the call records of my grievance and revert accordingly. Else I will be forced to raise a complaint through a lawyer and claim compensation for the harassment caused.
