Dear consumer forum, I had ordered a dinner set from Amazon with order ID # 405-7141428-4465956
First, I received the box’s seal broken and instead of 35 piece I received 27 piece.
I put in a return request, the delivery agent came and refused to take the pickup.
Then from the last 10 days I am daily calling customer care and they say the issue will be resolved but nothing happened yet.
They say according to their status, the customer refused,but every day without any prior call, the pickup gets cancelled and they are not issuing my refund as well.
Please help me in resolving this
