Hello my name is sandeep actually I ordered the package from amazon which is worth 18000rs but then the delivery boy came to my house and asked otp to give the package we told the otp then he said he is having service problem and he said he will come tomorrow morning but that time he left after 2 hrs i checked my amazon account it is showing your order is delivered but i already prepaid the money for that order i contacted the customers care 12 time even they didn’t solved my problem and my hard earned money has gone plz atleast file the complaint against the amazon delivery boy and refund my money back
