Text of Complaint by Shubham Jadhav:

I purchased a product online (Boat 620 Bluetooth Speaker) which was paid in advance. Amazon promised delivery by 11/11/2022. But it’s 15/11/2022 and I haven’t received my product yet. The customer care agent are all helpless and cannot help me in any kind as they only have information which I can see on the Amazon mobile app. The Amazon delivery partner does not check the status of the order and decides on their own when will the product be delivered. My delivery was rescheduled to Monday of this week as Amazon failed to reach me on promised date of Friday in previous week. Even when the reschedule date was showing on app, the delivery agent did not care to check and tried to attempt delivery on Saturday when I was not available at the office location. The delivery agent promised he will deliver the Product on Monday but it’s already Tuesday and nobody has tried to deliver or contact me the whole day. When I contacted the Amazon customer care they told me I can only register a complaint before 5.00 PM which means I need to again go through this tomorrow morning. Nobody is questioned as nobody feels responsible to provide customer care experience.
