I am very disappointed with what happened on this Amazon Order # 406-3117611-7264308
I placed the order on Amazon sale this month, but I received the box on 22nd July without the SSD in it.
I have raised a request with Amazon, but they said after 1 week, on 28th July, the investigation team rejected my request.
I lost money and time on this, and support team discontinued my call when I wanted to escalate this issue.
It was at the Hyderabad facility for 3-4 days before delivering it to me.
The delivery boy couldn’t scan the item while at the time of delivery, and called someone else to send the barcode for scanning the delivery,
I even have the packaging cover they delivered. I suspect, there was something wrong about it.
I would like to escalate this further, please help me on this.
