Dear Team,
I have ordered from Amazon on 14 January. Being a prime customer they have assured delivery date as 18 but still I have not received and Their Delivery Guy along with their Customer Executive behaviour is totally disgusting. Customer Executive puting my call on hold for more than 15 minutes and they are not even call back and apart from that their Support Executive Pankaj is behaving like that he is making any favour on me. My EMI is also started and I have incurred Processing fees as well. Amazon is Totally refused to Compensate me for my fees and time as well they are just harassing. Every time they are doing the same thing whenever I order large appliances or phone
