Text of Complaint by Alok Kumar Jain:

I placed an order Philips speaker from Amazon (order I’d 407-0214568-6033905) on 5 August 2022. And I received the product which was defective then I contacted to customer care many times to replace but they didn’t help me so I myself replace requested through App. But from last 12 days no replacement was done. I again contacted to customer care on 21.08.2022 and told him to the matter then he asked me to wait for 2 days for my refund and he assured me to pick up the order by 23.08.2022.
But no pick up was done..
Today I again contacted to customer care Mr Abhay and asked him to the matter but he didn’t help me..
I was very helpless and very harassed… I don’t want to see that defective product and only want to refund my amount
