We brought a MI water purifier from amazon which was delivered to us on 15th October. It was mentioned there will be free installation for it. It never happened.
We asked for it from amazon many times and they said they have informed manufacturer and they will install it within 2 days. This kept on repeating until the return window was closed. After that amazon informed us that nothing can be done regarding it.
We asked for Serial number of the product so that we could directly contact manufacturer and have it installed. But amazon refused to provide serial number also.
