I ordered an Order: 405–4417125–1893931 on 19th March.
The item was dispatched on 20th March.
But due to delayed delivery because on lockdown, I canceled item before delivery from Amazon.in and the order was sent into pending cancelation. (Amazon says they didn’t get any email for cancellation )
Then the item arrived on 16th April almost a month later and I refused the delivery to the delivery person but the delivery person refused to take it back. (There is no email sent for the delivery as well to me)
Then I immediately contacted the seller for return and refund on 16th April itself. I got a call back after a couple of days and the seller said we will get it to return picked up after lockdown.
Then, I received an email on 7th May that the seller has initiated the refund. I waited for a few days but the amount was not credited back to the source.
Then, I contact regarding the return and refund and amazon said it’s a seller fulfilled item and you a seller need to sort it out. I contacted the seller again and the seller refused to for scheduling a pickup and asked to ship it myself.
This is a huge product and I cannot go out to ship it. I requested the seller to schedule a pickup and the seller is asking for Rs 1500+ GST.
Now, Amazon is refusing to sort this out with the seller saying, it’s too late, also, they said they did not receive any cancelation email.
To amazon’s this behavior, I want to claim that I did not receive any delivery email as well. In such a situation, I should be able to claim a full refund of the amount Rs 6,899.00 from Amazon.
