Dear Consumer court,

Please help me,

I had ordered a Bodyfit 40Kg weight on 02.10.2019 Rs. 1,925/-
Order ID- 402-5103181-9642702
I have received the damaged piece. I request on amazon for return as the rode of it was broken also submitted the images on amazon.

I called amazon customer care and customer care executives told me to return this product to the seller which is there in Panjab from my side and amazon will reimburse the Courier charges.

Once i will upload the invoice. I have return this product on 21.11.2019 with Professional courier docket no. PNQ313581646 with invoice Rs. 3,800/- on 6.12.2019 i have emailed this proofs to the amazon as per the customers executives instruction.

After the communication of seller and amazon , Seller was saying that the product is not received yet amazon ask me to give me the proof of Delivery(POD) as the invoice is not sufficient proof.

They have raised this case to the A-to-Z Guarantee claim i have attached the proof with the signature of the receiver from the seller side on 15.01.2019 .

I have tried contacting Amazon multiple times and all the customer care executives say this will be resolved within 14days. I’ll be getting a call from the Amazon investigation team in 72 hours – 48 hours – 24 hours etc. They asked me the same proof thrice.

They told me they have filled the GIA form and I’ll be getting a mail/call from your side regarding this matter but it’s been over a month now and nobody has bothered to get back to me.

They are not processing my refund plus whenever i called them i have to on the calls for an hour and i have to explain them the same story this is an harassment for me as they are not solving my problems They are making fake promises that I’ll be getting a call, I’ll be getting a mail, kindly wait 2 days, kindly wait 2 weeks, their team is working on it and so on.

From this investigation team to that I have emailed them multiple times. called them again they are telling me to wait for 2 days and if it will not resolved they will fill GIA form again for it.

I don’t how long this process i don’t know how many teams are there But I can clearly see that they are doing nothing as I haven’t been contacted even once.

With i have already paid product amount Rs. 1925 Plus this transport cost also Rs. 3800/- Total Rs. 5,725/- amount of refund is stuck by Amazon
