I purchased a watch from amazon.in(ORDER # 408-5375089-2640301) to gift it to one of my friend on his wedding, which is on 20th april, i ordered the product for rs 1245 but when i opened the package the product that i got was of rs 999, as i saw it on the price tag.
I contacted them and they said that i would get the refund for the difference of the amount i.e rs 246, i was asked to wait for 48 hrs and after i got no rely from them i contacted them and now they are saying that we can’t refund the amount.
You can return the product, had they said earlier i would have returned it but now i can’t because all my plan will be cancelled.
