My name is Komal Kumari

Transaction no – LIDB61726189
I had paid for AIIMS Msc Nursing online exam on 29 March 2018 through internet banking but money got debited from account but payment not received and it was showing web page error.
Due to this online payment issue i am not filled my exam form again on portal.
Request you to please find attached some documents regards the same.
Please refund my amount on priority.
