I order one telescope lens from Amazon and my order is automatically cancelled because of my account is hold i call to customer care they say that if any account is on hold then all the order is automatically cancelled and they say that your refund is credited in your account in 3 to 5 business day but today is 7 days refund still not credited and the refund amount is ₹1048 sir please help me out.
