Hello. I’m posting this complaint regarding Amazon India. Recently I placed an order
Prestige PHB 8.0 750-Watt Hand Blender via the amazon website. I had paid for the order via the online payment. After few days, I had the delivery status that my package was delivered without any intimation or calls from the delivery agent. I checked with the Amazon customer care and the people were very lethargic to help with the issue and stated to me that the complaint cannot be resolved. It has been the second time experience like this with the Amazon India. So I decided thereafter to file a complaint regarding this issue.
