I had ordered Samsung Galaxy S23 in exchange of my old mobile phone. I had opted for specific date (Sunday) of delivery as I was not in town. The delivery guy visited my home for delivery (New smartphone) and exchange (of old phone) of product on Wednesday. I explained to him that I have opted for Sunday as Delivery date of the product and requested him for the same. To which he said yes and promised to deliver the product on Sunday. Fast forward to Saturday the delivery agent again visited my home and this time my cousin explained the whole thing to him again and requested for Sunday for the delivery of the product. But the next day i.e. on Sunday when i opened the amazon application I saw that it was showing Cancelled status. I called the customer care to understand the issue but she said she can not help me in this regards as she does not see/have a ‘return order option’ on the screen. I requested her to make the delivery again with same details or help me reorder the same product with same amount (the amount that i initially ordered the product with). I requested her to kindly check with her seniors and find a solution to this and contact me again to which she said that she would contact me in the evening and noted down my mobile number. But I did not receive any call back till today (Monday). She did mention that the delivery agent cancelled the order without informing me and that is not right to which I also have a proof (Call Recording). I had to go through a lot of mental stress due to this cancellation of order. I also had to go through a lot of physical harassment as I had to travel back and forth to receive the order. I am in a state of shock while I write this complaint.
