Text of Complaint by Abhishek Singh:

I have ordered a product from Amazon but mistakenly filled wrong master card details, due to filling of wrong card details the order was not proceeded, and after sometime an email from amazon was received on my email id asking for “A copy of your statement for your MASTER CARD including the billing address, name and phone number attached to master card “, then the problem was that how can I provide all above details of a card which was filled mistakenly wrong, and they also blocked my access to the amazon account, now recently they emailed me saying to provide above details for my another card which was not used for payment of the order but was used many times in previous time, so I provided all correct details such as phone number attached to card and billing address etc and then also they are saying that information provided by me is wrong and they are proceeding to close my account. My order number is – 40537460957117150. I request you to insist Amazon to reinstate my access to my account.
