I buyed a subscription of 3 months of rupee 1500 on Sangam Matrimony app so that I can see the contact no. to find a bride for my son. But when i contacted using the given no. The profile was managing by 3rd party and asking me more money of 5 thousand rupee. Then I contacted the company and just that profile was removed. But after that it happened with more profiles that I contacted. So the profiles are fake and the company is making fool of the customers. This never happened in any other matrimonial app. I want my subscription money back from this fake Sangam Matrimony app. Below I attached the I’d of one contact among all the fakes.

Very bad experience with Sangam customer care, not responsible, carelessness about fraud profiles and fraud activities on Samgam matrimony. Surprising about my email Id, It is right during registration and during complaint registration same email id saying that unregistered.
