This is to inform you that some two months back i switched to Airtel from Vodafone. The main reason for portability is because of good service provided by you. I am extremely sorry to inform that from Saturday evening i.e from August 22, 2020 my outgoing, SMS and Internet all services is stopped.

On Saturday at 9.57pm I got message that there is due of Rs 31.28 with previous operator Vodafone GJ. Please clear the dues before 10-Sept-20 to continue enjoying Airtel services.

I am extremely annoyed to know when you have provided me the deadline then how you can suspend my connections. Moreover during portability process you have checked the outstanding dues amount and even your customer executive requested me to pay Rs 50 more to avoid any issues in future. I have paid the entire due amount in addition to little extra amount.

The present situation is such in Rajkot that there is heavy rain so even i cannot go and pay the bill and also i tried contact to contact the customer care of Airtel but there is not response. Atleast a reasonable time has to be given. Moreover I got message from Airtel office that amount has to be settled before 10-Sept-2020

Request you to kindly restart my all services and i assure that outstanding dues as stated in your message will be paid before the last date as mentioned. In case if there is delay to restart the services I will escalate the matter to higher authorities, consumer complaint court, nodal offices etc.
