I have received my order from Alizeh Collective, Surat – two days back. The order was through Instagram page. I had received a call also from them when I placed my order. I paid Rs 1900 in cash on delivery. The same day, I requested for refund as the product size was incorrect, the quality was horrible. Despite my repeated messages on WhatsApp chat with the Business account of Alizeh Collective – they are ignoring my texts and not giving any response.
Kindly help as this seems to be a fraud company and should be black listed from Meta/Instagram or any social media platform. I want my money back
