I ordered two dresses from alizeh collective through different instagram business pages, aayra_collective12 and adaah_collective worth 1795 and 1999.
I was told both dresses were cotton but they turned out to be very poor quality polyster and georgette dresses.
Within 5 mins of receiving the product,I informed the respective business that these have to be returned due to poor quality and i was told return will take place in 10 days.It has been more than 10 days and no return attempt has been made.
Moreover alizeh collective contacted me and assured me they would return my product if i deleted the review posted on a different site.
Since then they have stopped taking my calls or responding to my messages.
i also ordered pakistani kurti set of 4xl size but they delivered L size kurti set. i am also told that they will initiate return collection and refund will be initiated after collection of delivered product. however, they have not contacted and responded to my calls.
