I have ordered one Luxury product from Ajio Mobile app and refused to accept it due to some personal reasons. After refusing to accept The product was not delivered and returned to the Source. The product has already returned to the warehouse as informed by Customer Care and also received the Notification on it.
Refund Issues/Fraud :
I have Talked to Customer Care Multiple Times with regards to complaining about my Refunds but They are not willing to provide me the reason and are trying to cut my call with no resolutions. Basically They Raised Complaint twice and marked it resolved with no resolution and were not also doing their job for better customer relationships. They were just in a hurry to drop your call with false commitment. Everytime New Customer Care raised a new complaint and kept away from this issue.
