I ordered on Ajio a dress on 7th April, 2022 and paid for the same online. It was showing first the delivery date as 14th April 2022 and now it is delayed till 18th April 2022. I raised a complaint on 13th April, 2022 by calling the customer care. Since, raising the complaint I followed up constantly for two days talking to different executives of customer care, every time explaining my issue. I had a festival on 17th April, 2022 for which I had asked them to deliver it before 17th April, 2022. From 13th April to 16th April I have conversed with 7 executives form customer care of Ajio. I also requested to talk to their higher ups and they told me that they cannot connect me to the manager but the supervisor on 15th April. He told me that it will be delivered on 16th of April EOD. Yet I do not have the package. On 16th April I asked them if it is in Ahmedabad give me the address I will go collect it by myself but they did not have the address and today is 18th April when I see the status of the order it still shows delay when today they were supposed to deliver. When asked about the update from any executive we only get reply as “we are trying to get the delivery done as soon as possible” and “our backend team is working on it” from all the executives.
I really don’t understand why the delay. Now a days orders are being delivered in only 2-4 days but it takes more then 7 days for Ajio to deliver one simple order.
