I am raising this complaint against AJIO app on Refund amount of Rs 5699 which is pending with AJIO for so many days now and also no resolution being provided to me on my complaints for same.
1. Shoes ordered online were never delivered instead cheap pair was delivered. So I decided to return those shoes.
2. I initiated RETURN same day and finally shoes were picked up for return on 17-Jun-22, and got an update from Customer Care on so many calls that all quality checks have been passed, shoes received and AJIO has initiated Refund on 23-Jun-22, BUT money transfer is failing and till now despite multiple follow ups refund not gives to me.
3. The month of JUn-22 is over and I am not being given my money back, shoes already returned but didn’t get my money back after so many Customer Care calls.
4. Unrealistic dates like 2-Jul or 4-Jul are given to me BUT money still not refunded yet, who takes one month to refund ?? AND moreover Customer Care is saying refund initiated but transaction failing which is a lie as I used standard Paytm method which I use everywhere.
This looks like whole big online fraud going on, if so, it needs to be exposed.
I request you to help me on closure of this issue as soon as possible WITH suitable “compensation” for the harassment and delays in refunding my money.
We should not let same happen to any other online customer and should bring this to their notice as well.
