Hello Team,

I am raising this complaint as notice to you that Refund amount of Rs 5699 is pending with AJIO for so many days now.

1. Shoes ordered were never delivered and cheap pair was delivered which was NOT the one ordered by me.

2. I initiated RETURN same day and finally shoes were picked up for return on 17-Jun-22, and got an update from Customer Care on so many calls that all quality checks have been passed and AJIO has initiated Refund on 23-Jun-22, BUT money transfer is failing as I use same PayTM or NetBanking everywhere for online shopping

3. The month of JUn-22 is over and I am not being given my money back, shoes already returned but didn’t get my money back after so many Customer Care calls.

4. Unrealistic dates like 2-Jul or 4-Jul are given to me BUT money still not given yet on 04-Jul-22, who takes one month to refund ?? AND moreover Customer Care is saying refund initiated but transaction failing ?? This looks like whole big online fraud going on, if so, it needs to be exposed.

I request you to help me on closure of this issue as soon as possible WITH suitable compensation for the harassment and delays in refunding my money.

We should not let same happen to any other online customer and should bring this to their notice as well.
