Text of Complaint by Pooja Shree:

On 18th March I received the order from ajio and when I opened it, there were torn clothes. I immediately informed the delivery person and the customer care and raised a complaint. They said they will resolve this by 22nd March. On 21 St March they closed the complaint and said there is no issue from their side and they cannot help me with the exchange or return.
