Text of Complaint by Ravikumar Kulkarni:

I, Ravikumar Kulkarni, am a customer of Bharti Airtel and had requested a shifting of my Airtel WiFi connection from Building ā€œCā€ to Building ā€œEā€ on 5th April 2026.

Despite repeated follow-ups for more than 10 days, the service request has not been fulfilled. I have:

Contacted Airtel customer care more than 15+ times
Visited the Airtel store in Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar 3 times
Received multiple assurances of resolution within 24 hours, which were not honored

Several engineers were assigned to my request; however, none of them responded to calls or messages or took any action to resolve the issue. This reflects a clear deficiency in service, lack of accountability, and failure in customer support processes.

Due to this delay:

My family and I have faced significant inconvenience
Office work, TV services, and daily internet usage have been severely disrupted
I have been forced to rely on mobile data for over 8 days, resulting in additional expenses

Despite multiple escalation emails, Airtel has failed to provide any resolution or proper response.

Relief Sought

I request the Honorable Consumer Forum to:

Direct Airtel to immediately resolve the service issue or disconnect the connection without penalty
Provide compensation for:
Mental harassment and inconvenience
Mobile data expenses incurred
Charges billed for the period of non-service
Take appropriate action against the service provider for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices
