Text of Complaint by Sagar Babasaheb Thorat:

I have enough balance in my Airtel mobile, but I got a msg as outgoing is expired, but while I bought the SIM card, they promoted the sim as lifetime validity SIM card. I don’t understand how a lifetime validity SIM card’s outgoing expires. To recharge for validity, they have asked to dial *121*51#, but I couldn’t find any option for validity recharge. Please take necessary action if possible
