Hi sir/Madam,
I recently registered and paid for Airtel-UL-Xstream Fiber Basic 799 150GB (100Mbps/1024Kbps) plan. The exact date i paid was on 19th Jun’20. I paid Rs2828 for 3 months ie., 799 + Taxes. It took them almost a week to install the connection though they promised me that it will be installed the very next day i made my payment. After a great difficulty people came to install on Thursday the 25th April 2020. They installed the connection but after installing the technician said the speed is only 40mbps and not 100mbps as initially offered to me to take the connection. When i questioned he asked me to talk to Customer service or the sales guys. I have been calling the Sales guys from 25th June but they seem to have blocked my number and unable to reach them. When ever i call it says number is busy and no one is ready to help. In fact from 20th i have been calling them for installation but they never responded properly and i even went to the extent of raising complaint with Police but they were still not ready to help me because i already paid the amount for connection but connection not installed even after almost a week. I tried calling Customer support but unable to talk to any Customer Service associate as the IVR doesn’t have any such options and made me to beat around the bush withing allowing me to even complain. I want some help here to get this issue fixed and get my upto 100mbps speed along with additional free 500 GB data they promised for 3 months.
