Text of Complaint by Pijush Bhattacharjee:

I bought UPS from airtel thanks app. They took 1498.6 Rs. I was not given invoice of the purchase. I don’t have any view on the product I purchased digitally. I have been calling and speaking to customers care for hours to no avail. This is not right way for digital transactions to happen without giving customers a view on the purchase and staus.

“Hi, we have processed Rs. 1498.6 for your Airtel xStream Fiber_dsl. The payment will be updated within 5 minutes. Please keep your order ID 7066408871692140544 for future reference. Track your payment status via https://i.airtel.in/Recharge-Bills
