Airtel has send me a message that my outgoing calls are banned because I have not recharged my number since 3-4 months even though I have ₹50 talktime balance and said that if I don’t recharge in 10 days incoming calls will be banned and in next 2 months my card will be deactivated…
Why Should I recharge even though I have talktime balance???
They are forcing to switch on a lack with expiry date i.e. minimum ₹35 recharge you get ₹26 talktime that will expire in 28 days.
Isn’t it consumer’s choice to select what he wants, how they can force us to do what they want huh???
If I have 5 phones then should i recharge 5 number every month… Why????
I have 5 number that’s my decision and my will what to do with them…
Who the hell is Airtel to stop services.
