My name is Devesh Tomer I am using Airtel fix line broadband connection number is 01214004234. . They are not provided services from last August 2018 when I complain on 198 they send me a engineer he came to me and advice me to change router to get better services and speed but I don’t know why they are not providing proper service after all I got fade up and drop a e mail for disconnect my connection but they called me and offer me some discount…. I got a call on 20th of November 2018 from Jenia Negi with the number was 7042673120 at the time 11:58.
Then I got a call Anuradha Singh on 24th of November 2018 I traction I’d is 952412199 and she said to me to pay Rs. 1145/. ( Eleven Hundred Forty five rupees) for Reconnect that connection but i am still suffering… I call again to 198 for request to plz start my services then I got a call in the evening on 24th of November 2018 at the time of 17:41 from this number 7389907462. She asked me for more time to start this connection but as on date 26th of November 2018 I am still suffering now I am totally fade up by airtel…..
So now I want to take legal action against airtel they are making me fool since last August 2018 to till now … So plz help me
