Since the Lockdown started, I am not getting service in my Airtel number and I have tried multiple times reaching the customer support but I get no positive response from their end. Since, one told me that my SIM is now defected(I wonder automatically) so I need to buy new SIM but they are not giving me the same number. I don’t know what to do now and where to go.
