Text of Complaint by Parimalan:

I purchased an Airtel Sim in Namakkal for my Dad, Since he lost his mobile(Same No. only). But till now the sim is not working. I Visited your Airtel Store twice on Saturday(07.07.2023) & Monday(10.07.2023) & told to wait till monday on Saturday & When again visited on monday told to wait again for 24 Hours. But till now Sim is not working. Again I Called customer care on13.07.2023, they told to wait for 2 hours & it will work. But then also no activation of Sim. Again I called today 14.07.2023, they are saying again I have to submit Docs to get a sim. For that again I have to take my father to store. They manually entered the details wrong & ask us go to store & wasting our time. IN the mean time I bought Sim, recharged twice(155 & 179) as per their Suggestions. Money & time wasting for a simple Sim issue. For the Airtel mistake we are suffering.
