I’m requesting to file a complaint as my Airtel SIM card stopped working on 29th Mar which was during the lockdown for Corona Virus. I was not able to use any online applications as for every transaction they were sharing OTP to the AIRTEL number and my airtel sim stopped working. I was not able to use Paytm, Phonepay, ay online money transfer from ICICI or HDFC bank as they were sending OTP request on my mobile number.
I called Airtel team and informed them about all situation and told them I can understand the situation of lockdown and ut I’m not able to do any transactions due to OTP. Even the Airtel application was asking me for OTP.

Even I m facing same problem, n there is no proper response from the customer care
Facing same problem, SIM not registering on the network. Tried on different phones, no resolution. Submitted request for new Airtel SIM with the same number. They called to say that I will have to go to the nearest airtel shop. They cant send any executive. What do I do?
Even i am facing the same issue. My sim stopped working on 26th march.From then,i am unable to make any financial transactions.Even i mailed airtel 3 4 times but all i got was system generated mails..very pathetic experience.
Even I am facing the same issue. Trying to contact airtel but only automated reponses in the 111 or 121, Also via email they are sending automated responses. pathetic airtel.
